To reset your password, submit your 8 digit employee number. e.g.(00012345).

If you have never accessed PHOENIXLearn you're password will be:
Employee Number + !Pass e.g. 00012345!Pass

If we can find you in the system, an email will be sent to your email address. For Pharmacy Managers this will be your rowlands personal address e.g. jbloggs@rowlandspharmacy.co.uk

The email contains a link and instructions on how to get access again.
